I'll keep it short and sweet.
Notes that I came across say he was living in the vicinity of Goose Creek or Charleston South Carolina from 1978-1982. He may have lived in this area longer, He was a civil service worker at the Navy Base, he lived ~60 miles outside of Syracuse NY and his parents live in Utica. 5'9 light brown hair polish catholic. Very limited information I know but its all I've got as of now, I have found my Mother and she is deceased. If anyone has any information it would be very appreciated.
