I need to find a good local gun smith to rebarrel my Rem 700. I will supply the barell. Any suggestions.(indy area)

I would recommend Elmore's, or contact Albro's.  I'm not sure if Albro's does much gunsmithing work, but check either shop mentioned above, they should be able to help you out.
