If any of you guys know a good painter i have some work i would love to get done this week, i know it is short notice but i have to get a ton of other things done to get ready to move into my new house.
I live in Carrollton the house is actually in Villa Rica about 15 minutes off the I-20 exit. I have all of the pain in the ass stuff done but there is a lot of trim work and a few small areas to roll plus a few spots on the ceiling to touch up. |

I used these guys for some exterior work - wood rot on trim around doors/windows and repainting. They did a good job and were reasonable I thought for what they did but YMMV.

Whats a fair price for whole exterior paint with trim and caulking? its a 2 story 2200sqft house. probably 1000 to 1500 if you buy the paint maybe less, i wouldn't pay anymore than that. More than likely they are going to spray it anyways its not that hard to do but it also depends on what kind of siding is on the house. If its one of those cedar siding houses or something like that its probably going to be more expensive. ETA: i just noticed you put in trim and caulking that's probably going to be more depending on what kind of roof line and number of windows etc, if you have a roof like mine it could be much more. |
