Okay, I'm experiencing a frustrating thing here.  I don't know enogh about how this site works to tell what's going on, but I need some advice.  I've had several threads in the Equipment Exchange trashed in the last few weeks.  One just got trashed within the last 30 minutes, and there was no explanation.  It was a WTS/WTT add for a Colt 1991 in the handguns section.  As far as I know I did not violate anything here.

First, is there anyway to tell who keeps trashing my threads?  Second, is there site staff that I can trust to bring this to?  I brought it to the attention of one of the mods (a good guy who I've done business with before), but he never got back to me, and I assume he was not able to find anything out.  Since things have become peaceful here at the AzHTF, I hate to stir anything up.  Any suggestions?

Hmmm, maybe.  Someone replied, and I replied that I sent them an e-mail.  Is that a violation?  I see it all the time, and assumed it was not.

Good enough for me.   I just read Stokes' post on disappearing ads, and now I get it.  My apologies to any mods that may have been offended.

That's the one.  It happens - and isn't caught - a lot, but that's supposed to be a violation.

My guess is that they saw you do it once, and then you became someone who's 'known' to do it... and then when they caught you again, they REALLY started to check you... and pretty soon, your violations were getting canned right and left.

This was the first item that was trashed with an actual violation.  The other ads that were deleted were WTB ads that had no BTTs, replies, or anything.  The ifrst was a WTB/WTT ad for a recoil srping guide, and the second was an ad to replace the trashed one.  I had talked to Stokes about it, but he did not know who trashed it.  There was nothing wrong with either.  I have an idea who did trash them, but it's no biggie.  He has to live with the fact that he is a little man that has to sneak around.   No biggie, I'll just walk on eggshells.  The reason I think a certain mod has a problem with me is because we had some words a month ago when all the controversy was going on here.  It was via IMs.  Right after that, ads started disappearing with no explanation, and all my positive feedback suddenly disappeared.
