| Jacobson in Story City is a year wait, tried to contact Robert Snyder but no reply to my email. Need a barrel threaded and a muzzle brake installed in a timely manner. Any recommendations? |
| Try Adco. I've used them in the past with good result, and the turnaround is usually pretty quick. Contact them, they could fill you in better. |

If I had a lathe, I would do it myself. Guess if you ************************************* I wouldn't have a problem Can't hide behind your shill account "Charley army" eh? Sorry, you are not a tool and die maker, you are just a tool. welcome back to my friends list... You're all right Fish...You're all right |

You're all right Fish...You're all right I have no idea what this is all about, evidently, now that Fammy is gone, people need a new target to belittle and step on? So what did I ever do to you trout? You mad because I didn't buy your trailer and commo shelter. Joel, I don't think I ever met you, so what's your problem with me also? My CharlyArmy account was locked because I made a link to a Gunbroker auction I had and that was almost a year ago. What's your problem guys? |

True, any machinist can cut threads, but they may not have the tools to remove the barrel or have the knowledge to know that both ends of the barrel need to be indicated in, to ensure the everything is true to the axis of the bore. I already asked at work, they won't allow me to bring gun related items to work on the lathe on my own time.
I have everything I need to do the job, but a lathe. |

Thanks for the offers and suggestions, Dropped my 300 win mag off at Mr Snyders shop on Tuesday. At the last build day he had a draco AK he had converted to full auto. Did you, by chance, discuss how he did this? Does he have a jig that shows where to drill the holes? |

I don't know if he has a jig for that. you might get ahold of Robert and ask him. |
