I sold an AK74 kit to ghotit (Walter Jackson) on 10/26 and he paid me thru Paypal. I shipped the item next day 10/27. Paypal notifies me 10/28 that they returned the money to the buyer because they have reason to believe it's a fraudulent transaction. I sent email and IM to ghotit explaining situation and I've got no response. Walter had called me after he sent payment so I've spoken to him but I have no other way to reach him. He had me ship the pkg to Justin Nunnery 4887 Muirwood Dr. Powder Springs, GA 30127 I looked up the phone # for this person. He's listed but phone is disconnected. Someone at that address will have to sign for the pkg. They either got it Sat or will get Monday. I need to either retrieve the pkg or have Walter send me a cashiers check or MO. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated. I'll be working the phone w/USPS on Monday when they open. Thanks, Carl Johnson Mesa, AZ |

You are SOL with paypal. They don't do gun transactions; you'll get no help from them. Did you IM the guy? He logged in last night. I remember coming across a thread where an arfcom member had his Paypal acct frozen for 180 days (no appeals) cause a gun part (i think it was a handgun magazine, 10rounder) was mentioned in the transaction. If you use Paypal for any gun-related products, make no mention of it. Hopefully they can stop delivery of the package for you in time. |
