Looking for recommendations from any lister here in Northern VA who knows of a good contractor, or private handyman, who does good tile work. I want to get an estimate of what it'll cost, so I can budget the $$ and get it knocked out. I have a condo that I'm looking to spruce up and sell soon, and we've decided to tear up the shitty-looking linoleum in the bathrooms, and the kitchen, and put down tile. Also extend the tile from the front entranceway into the kitchen. I know that I can always break out the Yellow Pages and start cold-calling, but I thought that I'd toss this out and see if anybody had a good (or bad!) experience withany one particular contractor out there. (Or if a lister has a business, or can do a sidejob, I'd be interested in talking to you just as well!) Please drop me an e-mail. |
