Guys I want to by a psl rifle from a guy in orlando I live in port Charlotte cant he ship this throught fed ex he's not a ffl privite owner

I ship private sale long guns intrastate via USPS.

as long as the buyer and seller are in same state he can ship directly to you....no need for FFL

It is has to do with some shipppers but can be done.
