My ffl friend just got this faxed to him from the State PD.
Link of scaned fax

Part that got me wondering is

MSP Forum 77R to reflect changes in law relating to sale of regulated firearms.

Anyone know what law has change? My FFL didn't have any idea.

The law didn't change... just the form.

Question 5 is re-worded to read:
"Are you the 'respondent' in a 'final protective order' or some other similar 'order for protection'?

New Question 16 (old form had 15 questions):
Do you understand that 'secondary transaction(s)' - the sale or transfer of a regulated firearm between non-licensed individuals - are regulated and that Maryland law (Public Safety Article 5-124) states that 'A person who is not a licensee may not sell, rent, transfer, or purchase a regulated firearm until after 7 days following the time a firearm application is executed by the firearm applicant (and) the original is forwarded to the Maryland State Police.
