| Just saying HI from Willoughby. I don't own an AR-15 yet but I am hopeing to buy/build one in January when I get a big OT pay check. As of right now I own a Winchester 190 (.22LR, semi), Mossberg Int'l 802 plinkster (.22LR, bolt) and a winchester modle 94 (.30-30, lever). Is theri any good places to shoot less than 20 min. away? I have been to Sherwin Shooting Sports and it seem kind of crappy. Thanks. |
| Thanks. Ya I know, but I don't want to be in panic mode like a crap load of other people. I kind of want to build my own for my first AR, but Sherwin shooting never got back to me on weather or nor they could order what I wanted and B&T said they couldn't cause of the buying frenzy. I wish I knew of some one near me that has an ffl, I'd try them next. If not I guess I'll have to go to Gander Mtn./Dick to see what they have. |

Howdy Neighbor:
I'm right down the street from you in Richmond Heights. I shoot at Sherwin when I can. Stonewall is over off of 77 near Brecksville, it's a short range as well, and full of range nazi's. One round at a time in the AR, yadda yadda. Atwells is out in Painesville. Not a bad range, but short. They've got RRA (I think, memory is failing) stripped lowers in stock as of last week. If you are looking for a reasonable FFL, check out Gun Galaxy in Lyndhurst. He may even have something in stock that you want. 440-241-8396 |
| Atwells in in Painesville and they can order what you need. Also there are clubs without outdoor ranges in Madison and Geneva. Marxman in Madison and Orco in Geneva. Both are private clubs and require sponsorship. Google Marxman and you will find their website. |
