Merry Christmass. Who else has their tree up. I have my tree up and half my lights. Where does the day go?! Merry Christmass all. Oh and if Christmass offends you then get the FVCK out of my thread.

We still try to stick to the English traditional timetable, which has the tree (and other decorations) up one to two weeks before Christmas, and keep them up until 12th night -- January 5th. Of course, all the neighbors trees/decorations come down on the 2nd of January -- so we get some funny looks when ours are the last lights blazing away.... |
Bought my tree at Home Depot....$39.99........will last me the rest of my life.... ( the sad part is we really did !!! )I was joking with my wife that we needed a bottle of Pine-Sol to splash around to make it more realistic Started hanging X-mas lights today........next weekend.......THE LADDER COMES OUT... Sunday anyway........gots steel to shoot Sat......

A big +1 on that. That is a damn fine tree man. I get $5 nobles too(only $2.50 per tree if you're a cheap bastard and use the permit for two years |

Went up outside Estacada on Sunday. Snow was over 2 feet deep. Chains broke and I ended up sideways on the trail. I shoveled my way out and straightened it up, repaired the chains and went back as time ran out. Bought a tree outside Carver, took it home and the kids dec'd it out that evening. Lights on the house are an on going thing. Not quite done but will be this week if rain holds off. Merry Christmas all!! |
Are you making fun of C_H or showing us a little family history?

| Wife and I put the tree up Saturday and I am doing the lights today. IN my house the 1st of December spells Christmas decorations!! Of course with 17 month old twins we have to have a smaller tree this year and it has to be up off the floor so they don't eat the ornaments. |

( the sad part is we really did !!! )
