lulz, if you read the article the police spokesman who reported on the story says that the mans decision to shoot up the ceiling to break up the fight among two groups (read GANGS) was EFFECTIVE

but was still a poor decision.

I love how even the cop cant deny that some crazy fucker shooting up a church is an effective to scare even the dumbest gangsters away.
