I apologize if this has been covered.
Just left a function where a friend was arguing with me that "when you have a LTCF you cannot open carry."
I tired every iota of knowledge i had and I still could not convince him.
Does anyone have a link to something refuting this?
I am only trying to halt the spread of false info.
Thanks

Thank you. It was late when I posted that question. My search-fu was weak.

After sifting through stuff all day....found a bunch of stuff and this little nugget on opencarry.org

"There is no stipulation in neither the PA code nor case law that a PA LTCF holder must carry concealed. Furthermore, lawful open carry of a firearm is NOT grounds for revocation of a PA LTCF as it is neither an illegal nor dangerous act."

Ask him if having a driver's license means he can no longer legally walk.

Just ask him to cite where in PA law it states this, since according to him, it is the law and all, he should be able to find it for you.
