I apologize if this has been covered.
Just left a function where a friend was arguing with me that "when you have a LTCF you cannot open carry." I tired every iota of knowledge i had and I still could not convince him. Does anyone have a link to something refuting this? I am only trying to halt the spread of false info. Thanks |

Thank you. It was late when I posted that question. My search-fu was weak.
After sifting through stuff all day....found a bunch of stuff and this little nugget on opencarry.org "There is no stipulation in neither the PA code nor case law that a PA LTCF holder must carry concealed. Furthermore, lawful open carry of a firearm is NOT grounds for revocation of a PA LTCF as it is neither an illegal nor dangerous act." |
