I couldn't access it this morning (0800) from the iPad, but it was working fine from the PC. Now I can't access it at all.

The website technically isn't down. They are having problems with the bulletin board software but the website is technically still active.

According to owner of the site, there was a power failure at the location that houses the servers that host the site.
