Well, next weekend is my favorite day of the month! It will also be our two year anniversary of rifle matches. I'm gonna try and plan a big surprise for everyone but won't know until after the club meeting tomorrow. Make sure you've got a good zero! |

Okay guys, Saturday we will be using new ranges. We will be shooting at one of the new short ranges for two stages and the long rifle range for two stages. The new ranges are in the woods past the long range down from where we usually park. As always anyone who can come out early to help set up is appreciated. |
I think the south end of the range will turn out nice once it gets completed. It will be nice shooting on a the long range for a change also. Damn, now I have to go see where those iron sights hit at beyond what I'm used to. Coincidentally, I was planning on shooting the 20 inch A2 rifle at the match since my 18 inch upper is still an expensive door stop.Great work getting that set up for us. |

Great match today. Good stages, weather couldn't be beat, had a blast. Our regulars who couldn't be with us missed the best one in a long time I think. Team Coon Ass was well represented. I enjoyed shooting with you guys and meeting the new faces. Looking forward to shooting with you all some more. It was great to be able to shoot at a little longer distances. Hopefully we'll get a little farther as our targets options get better. |

Today was a great match. The clay pigeon added to the pepper popper was cool. Went to Academy on the way home to look around and saw that 7.62 X 39 is on sale for 2.99 if anybody needs any. I bought a case for myself, looks like I will be shooting the AK next month. Currahee - I tossed a copy of the last pistol match in your range box, forgot to mention that to you before leaving. Hope to out there next month! SMSP |
It's in Woolmarket (north of Biloxi) Mississippi. www.gcrpc.com/ We have a three gun the third Saturday of every month. Open to everyone. Let me know if you want details. |
Hey Mike (Drew here). The scores are usually posted on the club website a day or so after the match (sometimes a little longer). We'll post a link once they are up or you can go to www.gcrpc.com and click on the "Combat Rifle" link down below if you want to check periodically. They should be up soon I would think. Great shooting with you guys! |
