This guy in NJ (The Evil State) is quadriplegic and can't hold a gun, nor pull the trigger.  But he wanted to hunt and be a gun owner none the less.   So he went before a judge and was granted a firearms permit so he could buy a hunting rifle.

Now the funny thing is, he plans to mount it to his wheel chair and use a breathing tube to fire it!!!    Now that is crazy, but also brilliant.  I would hope I could do the same if I were ever disabled completely.

There is a program at the Shepard spinal center that has patients shooting as part of the rehab. The puffer triggers are used regularly in this program.
