Not sure if this has been covered, But I have been invited to go bear hunting, never have gone before I am wondering about carry a pistol while out hunting. I do not have my CHL (I have my application in just waiting for the permit in the mail not that that means anything). What are the rules. I know my dad always drove around with his on the dash and then in a holster while we were out of the rig, This of course was 15 years ago.
