Check with the Lacey Cabela's, as that's where they have held the Utah/Oregon/etc CCW classes. The Cabela's in Lacey is having a class this Saturday. $100 bucks for OR/UT/AZ. Does anyone know if this is just a safety class to meet the training requirements for those states? Or will we be able to apply as well? I'd like a OR permit, especially if I don't have to drive to Grant OR. I currently have my WA and NV permit so I don't care about AZ/UT. |

The $100 is just for the class requirement. You will have to send off course paperwork and money to the other states to get their CCWs. When I took the class last year, a bunch of people were pissed thinking the $100 was for the class and the permit. The permit is not included in the cost: just a forewarning. It's a good class, but very common sense oriented if you've already read the Washington RCWs for CCW |
