Sales to someone out of state require an FFL.  Let me know if you need help...

Selling a firearm across a state line FTF is a no no according to the ATF. It has to go through an FFL.

Here's a link ot the ATF FAQ page.

I guess I was thinking that because you can buy a long gun from an out of state dealer.  Oh well.

A lower can become a pistol.  I  believe thats why we can't sell lowers to out of state residents.

You can't do a FTF with an out of state residence even if it's a complete rifle.

Now, I can buy a rifle if I am out of state, but legally it has to be at an FFL.
