There is no required firearms registration in PA. The only caveat is that for handguns specifically every time one is transferred through a dealer a form gets sent to the state police, which is sort of a de facto registry.

Sure this “registered” information came from the ATF and not PA.
ATF has been “updating” and has computerized the 4473 forms for a few years now. They probably both can access the instacheck info from FFL sales whenever they want. Laws against this means absolutely nothing to tyrants. |
