| I was going to send in my application for the PA out of state permit and had a couple of questions. Did you guys that have already sent in for your license select self defense on the application ? Should you select more that one reason if applicable or should you just choose the self defense ? When you photo copy your pistol permit do you send in a copy of both sides ? |

Quoted: I meant to ask also if you get one of the out of state PA permits are they valid in any other state ? Thanks Pay attention to the color codes for states that do not recognize a non-resident issued CCW. You should also be aware that if you have a NY CCL that is restricted to target, hunting etc. carrying outside your listed restrictions is a criminal offense in MI. http://www.handgunlaw.us/ |
| I am waiting on my NY permit out of Nassau County. I am sure the permit will be restricted to "Target & Hunting". If I apply for a PA Non-Resident permit once I have my NY permit, will I have a restriction on the PA license or are all PA permits non-restricted? |
