Where do you live?  It will make a difference because you'll probably want an attorney close to where the action will be filed.

Two residences really both in state (Kerrville and Longview) one is about an hour from San Antonio and Austin and the other is about an Hour and a half from Dallas. So what ever works best is fine.

Local yahoos are all but ruled out. Unless they really are that good.

From what all I have read it looks like it will be carried by the state. Maybe federal as it is also in there court as well.

Either way they lose and I get the last laugh.

Let me think about it.  I'm in the DFW area so I really don't know any plaintiffs' lawyers in either Longview or Kerrville.  Don't rule out the locals completely, since they can sometimes do a bang-up job in their home courts, especially if they have the incentive of recovering attorneys' fees from the defendant.

Somebody from one of your cities will stumble in here shortly, I imagine.  I'll look around and see what I can find, also.

There is a really good Plaintiffs Lawyer in Gilmer.  His name is Todd Tefteller.  Also in Longview Chris Jones is a plaintiffs laywer.
