It's on Canton Road south of 92.  Not a particularly large store, they usually have a number of old mil-surp bolt guns.  I missed out on a good deal on a pre-ban M1A back during the ban days, guy in front of me got his hands on it first.  Haven't used their range so can't comment about it.  Not a great selection of reloading products, at least not the last time I was in there.

better option than Ed's / Nick's, range is cleaner and more well lit if i remember correctly.  Staff seemed nicer as well.  not a huge selection but i got a good deal on a little ruger 22/45 a few months ago.

range is better ventilated as well... less "lead in the pipes" after you're done shooting...

While I don't think I've been to Pannells this side of Y2K, I don't find the stuff in red very hard to believe from my experiences at Ed's/Nick's.  YMMV.

ETA:
Sorry, missed a "don't".

I've been a few times and I am not a fan.

Their range is the dirtiest thing I have ever been in! Its seriously a health hazard. I dont think its ever been cleaned

The store has a deal here and there but in general they seem to have guns you dont want at prices you shouldnt pay.

That was my summary of Ed's/Nick's.  With the added bonus of dicks behind the counter lying through their teeth at you.

They aren't that bad, as far as gun stores around here go.  I prefer 400 Jewelry and Loan, but they're too far away at $3-4/gal for gas.

I have bought small stuff at Pannell's a few times, and I have seen a few deals on things like Mosin M44s.  They have a SIG 556 in the rack, some kind of Hakim-looking Egyptian rifle that looks like an SKS with a detachable box mag and a metal hand guard with holes in it, and a few interesting rifles (Century Cetme, Yugo RPD-clone, etc.).  I was just in there.

Overall, it's not bad.  They always address me when I come in, which is better than most places that seem to want you to go away or die.  Used AR mags are $20, though.

I don't think I'll ever set foot in the store again. One of the guys, black hair with a gotee was being stuck up when I asked questions and then decided that I was making a strawman purchase with my brother. My brother desn't have any guns and figured I'd let him shoot with me at the range tomorrow. Found a decent Mosin Nagant for $90 so I decided to buy it. Told my brother that if he wanted to shoot the nagant, he would have to buy some ammo (getting expensive up there). The clerk heard that I told him to buy ammo and from then on started being a dick about it. I understand the severity of it, but he should have stopped being an ass about it after I told him no the first time. Kept giving me looks the entire time I was filling out the paper work to the point where I almost walked out. I told the older man working there that he was lucky I really wanted the nagant because his stuck up apprentice about lost the sale for the store.

I've been in both shops.
Nick's: Used to be Ed's has a good selection of guns, not much in the way of accessories & the owner advised that he is trying to be THE Sig dealer in he Atlanta area. Prices on pistols seem a little high, a few deals on the long guns though.
Got more dust on my guns and clothes shooting there than I would of riding in a pickup bed down a dirt road - VERY convenient but would not shoot there again.
Pannels: Older guy is pretty decent, have spoken to him a couple o times & he also used to shoot steel - the young guy though seemed like it was a hassle for him to deal with customers.  Onsite smith did not impress me much though.
