Is there a state that issues a non-resident CCP that will cover the states that do not recognize my SC permit? I heard Arizona's non-resident CCP is recognized by all 50 states? Truth?

Hell no. Who told you that one? IL and WI don't recognize any, and there are some States that only recognize resident permits.

Utah Non-resident will add a few States, GA, MS, and AL.

Are you actually planning to travel to a State that doesn't recognize your SC permit? or are you just looking to be able to carry in as many as possible?

GA, MS, and AL do not recognize SC. I just want to be covered when I'm traveling. Am I being overly paranoid again?

The Florida non-resident permit covers those. I heard that the NH permit is cheaper and covers them as well but, I already had FL so I didn't look into it.

If I didn't already have my New Hampshire, I would get the Utah. NH's is increasing in price to $65 (i think) and Utah has reciprocity w/ more states than NH including Miss, Ala, and Georgia.
