| Does anyone reccomend a certian type or name brand for a flashlight mount? I have a Fenix TK12 and would like an offset mount. |

Check out Larue, Vltor, VTAC, and Danger Close Consulting. They are all slightly different and have different pros and cons. You will probably have to try and buy with your setup. Make sure you can access the light from strong and weak side.
I had a Daniel Defense offset mount but it offsets too far and doesn't work well on my support side. I just bought a VTAC but I haven't had time to try it out yet. |

I've got the LaRue offset mount and it is very good. Especially if you think you may want to take the light on and off the rail a lot.
But recently I got a Low-Pro G2 Flashlight Mount from Danger Close Consulting and I have to say I like it a lot better. It keeps the light extremely close to the rail and is very comfortable to use with or without a vertical grip. I'm not sure what size the barrel is on your Fenix but they make a couple different versions so one will probably fit. You can also read a review of the mount here. |
