I will be heading to the airport tomorrow and was wondering if there are any shops between Ebensburg and Pittsburgh worth stopping at.

Rt 22, you have Demont sport shop, if your out by the air port, might be worth a side trip to hit Ace Sporting goods down 79 to 70 east, exit 19B (25 minutes from the 376/79 interchange.)

Braverman's off the Wilkinsburg exit.   You'll be within about 3 miles of it if you're driving 376/22 (most people to) from the locations.

I went to Braverman's and Delmont.  Braverman's had good prices but if you feel uneasy in the ghetto don't go there.  The workers there were busy with other customers but they seemed nice and informed.

Delmont Sport Supply was a great little shop.  The man and lady of the store were very nice and I highly recommend stopping if you are in the area.  Their selection isn't huge but they are good people.

I also found a new shop in New Alexandria.  IIRC the name is Bullseye Shooters.  Pretty nice shop(old bank, now that's a sweet gun safe) and the owner was nice, helpful, and knowledgeable.  Nice selection of long guns and and some handguns.  He said transfers are $25 if you want to ship something in.

Bravermans is a good shop. Nice folks, very friendly. They don't carry a lot of EBR items, but they have some hidden gems in their shop here and there.

And yes, it is the ghetto.

Concur.  I try to find them at the gunshows rather than Wilkinsburg.  If you want something basic, not EBRish, they have great prices and a reasonable selection.

Over the years, I've picked up a Colt Delta Elite 10mm for $450, a hard chromed H&K p7 for $700, a Norinco 1911 for $275, and a Gen 2 Glock 17 for $350 all at Braverman's.
