If anybody were interested in a pre-ban Colt, would they need/want the complete rifle or would just the lower be acceptable? Colt database of serial numbers shows rifle to be pre-ban. cb |
depends on the dealer, NYS law doesn't say that it has to but a lot of dealers will only except from other FFLs, for what it's worth my dealer does accept directly from individuals though so some of them do. Drop me a line if you are interested in sending it behind enemy lines...I "need" one
