The way I understand it, as long as my lower is pre-ban, I can have evil features legally here in CT, correct? Does the same hold true for my Mini-30? If it's preban, am I allowed to have whatever evil features I want on it, or does that not hold true for it because it's not a GB model, and wasn't available with evil features from the factory? There's a guy on PerfectUnion.com who insists that if it's not a GB model you can't have a folding stock on it, flash hider, etc, even if it's serial number is preban. |
