Do preban AR lowers need to be assembled to some degree, or even 100% complete to be sold to a MA resident, or can they be stripped and shipped to the receiving FFL? TIA |

They can be stripped or assembled and shipped to a MA dealer if pre-ban. Real pre-bans are all good in MA. Incoming FFL in MA must be notified and OK with it as some don't understand the laws and won't do things that are perfectly legal. |
