Just read something in the newspaper about it. It means more state income tax which would be greater than CA. |

I'm not holding my breath.
Tax increasing amendments are not exactly popular here. Remember 66? http://www.denverpost.com/breakingnews/ci_24461186/colorado-tax-school-finance-amendment-66-rejected This, from what I'm seeing, has even less support. |
| Can't really get out of the state before 2023 but if that passed I'd sure be looking for a way to accelerate that date. 10% out of my pocket would double what we currently pay and I have to wonder what big corporations would be paying to offset that.......or is that 10% not including what employers would be paying in too. |

I don't know why you guys are so down on this. It's proponent is the one and only Senator Doctor Irene Aguilar (who's a real live physician, in case you didn't know.)
Since she's a doctor (which the poor dear is too modest to mention) she cares about all of us having adequate health care of the kind that only a doctor like her can really provide. And that's why Doctor Senator Aguilar MD is pushing Amendment 69. (And you jackasses need to quit honking your car horns! That's really disrespectful to Senator Doctor Aguilar, who spent a long time in medical school to earn the respect that you're not giving her!) Also, F(Dr)IA. |
I don't think it will pass.
