Nope. That would fall under the PRK definition of an assault weapon -- semi-automatic with detachable magazine, along with a pistol handle.
I don't think that the regs include .22's, not sure...but the clip is definately taboo.

That last one, the .22 cal, is Cali legal. The .45 cals are not.

Thank you, BigBear!!! Do you know if they make stick magazines for the .22 Tommy? Does the ruger 10/22 magazine or any other .22 magazine that is easy to find, fit in the .22 tommy?

I have no idea about mags for that thing. I should clarify what I wrote. The .22 tommy gun is Cali legal. The 30 round hi-cap mag is not.

ya i know the 30rd magazine is illegal (which really sux (CA)) but I just found out that they make 10rd stick magazines for it, that look like a real tommy magazine
