I was told that you couldn't have any class A or B misdemeanors.  I was wondering if there is any type of driving/traffic offenses that are considered type A or B misdemeanors, i.e. speeding, failure to control speed?  If you are awaiting court for a traffic ticket, will it get you disqualified?

Thanks,

Marco

I think DWI's and reckless driving would count.  But no not for just speeding.  I have a misdemeanor eluding(yea I've never heard of it either I think the cop just felt like being difficult) and I'm pretty sure that disqualifies me for the next 3 years.

Traffic cases are mostly Class C Misdemeanors, not to worry.

Class A and B misdemeanors are 5 year disqaualifers.  Most traffic violations are Class C.

DIsorderly Conduct convictions are also 5 year disqualifiers.

There are no 3 year ones.
