My cousin and. I were discussing ownership of class 3 and had a disagreement about the tax stamp. I say it it's One time fee and he says you have to post it every year. Who is correct?

LOL.
Yeah, it's a one time fee. The only class 3 fee that's annual (that I know of) is the class 3 dealer's SOT fee. He only needs that to sell to you. Once you've got your stamp from the Feds, you're good to go forever.

One time tax to the ATF. If you use an LLC to buy the item, then you'll have annual renewal fees for your corporation (in GA at least), but not to ATF.
