Looks like fun. Is that place public access or private land? I need to get some land or something. It gets boring at Tri-City after awhile

It's not really a lake or it doesn't have a name that i know of anyway...
Its a large pool of water fed by a river.......... it's not an actual "range" it's public land where
everyone go's to shoot......including local LEO's
