I'm looking for a decent place to go. Preferably within about an hour of Wayne County. Iwas planning on Island Lake, but I never taken anything 'Black and Ugly' there. I need to sight in new optics on my AR and AK, and test out some new 30 rd mags. If they have something longer than 100 yds it would be a bonus, I have an XR-100 to sight in too.

I've shot my FAL a few times at Island Lake. Only problem is that they have a limit of 6 rounds in the magazine. Other than that, it's been smooth sailing.

Most of the time, I go to the Pit in Lapeer. Directions are stickied at the top of this forum.

Depending on your schedule, you can come with me one day to my club. I am a member of Livingston Gun Club. We have a 100 yard and 7 other outdoor ranges.
