I'm in a lovely pissed off mood tonight!
Weeks ago I found a house that was delisted for sale. The house has water damage and the seller/bank decided to fix it before relisting Well after talking to the sellers agent they said "make an offer as is" and "we won't relist it, we will just take it to the bank as a short sale" Offers been in almost a week. No word. The offer expires next Friday (10 days.. From initial offer) While looking around today googles brilliant analytics pops up an advertisement about the house. I'm thinking "wtf!" I click the ad and the agent apparently delisted it $100k lower than previous but a few k more than my offer! Son of a bitch! I'm sure next week he will come with "we have other offers...do you want to raise your bid?"... I'd be quite happy to pull the offer now honestly! |

I've left messages with 4 different realty companies in the past 3 weeks regarding homes they had for sale and haven't heard a peep from them. So I looked up who the owner of record was in the GIS system of the respective county and wrote them a letter telling them that they need to dump their real estate agent. |
