BDR 1000, sponsored by Assemblywoman Allen, has been withdrawn.

It appears that she is now a Joint Requestor, along with Assemblyman Stettlemeyer for BDR 15-826.

I'll try to contact them and get the details.

I wrote Assemblywoman Allen an e-mail about the BDR withdrawal, and within minutes she responded:

Our two bdrs were identical, so we merged them. His BDR number is a
smaller number so it's up on the docket first...so when went with his.
Yes, I expect the bill to go to Assembly Judiciary. We have a verbal
commitment from the chairman that he'll hear the bill.

Great job on her part.

I'll keep you all posted on the progress of the BDR.
