You have the best Bruno Shooter's supply Waaaay north at Deer Valley Road and Central near the Deer Valley airport.  He has a good website.

I frequent Sportsman's Warehouse in Mesa, because there's no way in hell I'm going to drive 82 miles round trip and spend $15 in gas to save $0.50 on a pound of powder or $1 on 1k primers

I've had good luck at Sportsman's in Norht Phoenix (Yorkshire & I17)..   Nice folks, decent supply.. always helpful with info when I've had questions.

Can't remember the name, but their is a shop on the corner of Olive & 51st Ave.  They have a small stock of reloading bits.   Can't remember the prices though.
