Hey guys...Im just starting to get into reloading and was wondering if anyone knows any good places to get supplies. I live near Madison, but travel to the fox valley occasionally (family lives up there). So where are some good places? Im really looking to pick up some AA2230 if I can find it...thats a big if though =D
Also looking for primers. The Hazmat fee kills any online deal really. Thanks! |
Recob in sauk city is the cheapest I have found. Google it they have a website I dont think the website does the store justice though. They are like 20%-25% cheaper than grafs and sons, probably 40%-50% cheaper than gander. Here you go $15.99 #1 http://www.recobstargetshop.com/browse.cfm/4,10.html

Quoted:
Lomira has 2 gunshops (Bill sport shop and that other high priced place across the highway)that carry reloading components oshkosh has 3 shops(precision,Jons, and reds), if you go to Appleton Scheels prices on reloading equipment isnt to bad. Why is it then that 'the other high priced place across the highway' sells to the public cheaper that some shops can buy it for? I think you are sorrily mistaken. Other than Midwestern, the only other reload supplies that I know of that are even close are at Recob's in Sauk City. |

Unless they have dramaticly dropped their prices in the last week or so I stand by my statement. |

Unless Midwestern has drastically raised their prices in the last 3 months, you'll never beat there prices at Gander or Cabela's or any other brick and motor place in WI. They have always been waaaay cheaper than anywhere else I've looked.

DarkNite....
Who is Larry Kettle in Janesville? I live in Fort Atkinson, work in Waterloo, but the wife works down in J'ville, so I go down there on the weekends some times and Gander at the prices they have at GM. Holy smokes, I'm pretty sure that GM is going out of business soon. So many empty shelves and unhelpful employees. |
