I finally picked up my case from Georgia Case Co in Tucker. Nice people, good work. Removed the Pelican foam and put in high density material. Added a little room to push the scope out and to extend the stock. Snug fit all around.

What do they charge?

In my opinion, a lot.. too much... but I found no competition to get an alternate bid from within driving distance. New foam + cut was $280 and I was expecting $150 - 220... I think I remember them saying the foam was about $80 and the labor fluctuated with the amount of cutting that was requested. Therefore YMMV.

Yeah, that seems a bit excessive. Probably no more than two hours work involved. Looks good though.

No way the foam was $80. We used to get large amounts of custom cut foam, 24x74x1.5 for about $5 a sheet. I'm sure the density is less as it was used for bedding but the magnitude of difference is no-where near that. We didn't specify color and at one time had a bunch of charcoal, I wish I had saved some.

That said it looks nice but honestly that price is too steep for me but I'm a DIY type.

Looks great!  Rifle looks familiar, too........

They do good work, but they ain't cheap. Their prices have gone up since I was there last.  As soon as my new NF arrives, I have to run my Storm iM3100 and JP over there to have them supply and cut the foam.

NICE!

Although costly, with an investment like that, it was a wise choice to have it done right!

Whatever you paid, it looks great.

And about as secure as you could ask for in a mobile case.
