Anyone in the Local (KC Side) area have or have access to a Roll Bender that can handle Square Tube?
I need to get 4 Bows done for a BBQ canopy out of 3/4 inch tubing.

Don't want to spend the jack on a tool I will probably only use one time in my life.

AKA Ring Roller.

I know you're not wanting to buy the tool, but... Swag off road makes a pretty impressive set of upgrades for the harbor freight tubing roller that seem like they would be right up your alley.

Yeah they make a cheap tool expensive for sure!

They make replacement press plates for the $150 HF 12 Ton Press for $169...
So you make your $150 press over $300...

But Swag is good folks!

I stumbled across swag when I was looking at buying a portable band saw. I just about had myself talked into the portaband, their table for mounting it and the HF roll bender pimped out to their specs. I then realized that I would be buying ~$1000 worth of tools that I had no work for.

Maybe I'll get a jeep someday and I'll want to fab some bumpers on the weekends that I'm not trying to keep it running.

I need to build my shop and then pimp it out with more tools I will never use! So other folks can come use em!
Ask 1 cm how that lathe and mill are working!

Space is a big part of my problem right now. 3 welders, a welding table, an air compressor, zero turn mower with an extra deck, project John Deere 400 and a dirt bike or two in the near future have filled my 1 car garage to capacity.
