Anything with a barrel less then 16" with a stock is an SBR.  The ad does not state the length so I don't know if it is.

They have one of these for the Glock at SAI.

That was my understanding , But i was not positive . I know someone who has one of these and it is under 16" , When i questioned him about it being a SBR , He replied that the shop that sold it to him claimed no paperwork was needed , Its still just a pistol .
I told him that i would be a little worried if i were him .

Thanks for the replies by the way

The company's web site claims a barrel of 16.25 long, so if that's the case, it's ok.

If it's shorter than 16", then it's an SBR.

Show Off !!!!

I saw a no.9 at a local shop the other day -- I was tempted but the dealer would not work with my C&R ...

If you can find one you will probably only have to pay about $1,500.
