The Senate passed the bill back in mid November. The bill is currently in the House Judiciary committee. Correct. There are 3 more tentatively scheduled House sessions before they go on break until 8 Jan. I don't see SB610 being brought up in committee by then. I expect it'll be close to Feb. before the Judiciary Committee takes any action. |

It will be up for review sometime in 2014. You must keep sending Emails to committee chair (Kevin Cotter) or it will die.
