I heard this stuff is real good for cleaning guns im guessing you just dip in and rinse

be VERY careful! I've heard real bad things about using it on some firearms, AR's especially. I can't remember the specifics but do some research before you use it, I'm sure one of the others will chime in too.

I just stick them in the dishawasher........less work on my part!

BTW, simple green is acidic.

Simple Green is good at getting piss stains off your toilet not for getting powder and copper from your barrel.

Simple Green had some issues with damaging aircraft aluminum a while back that has been corrected. It is outstanding for degreasing your gun, you do need to rinse in water afterwards. That said, for the price, there are much better cleaners for your gun that do not require rinsing. It is not good for barrels.
