So I went to a local 'metal werks' place to check into having a .22 barrel threaded.

They said they'd like to have my suppressors in hand so they can make sure they fit.
They are busy enough that it's gonna be a month or two before they can do it

I'm not sure I'm comfortable being without my suppressors for that long.

Can anyone recommend a good local smith they have used?  I just need the threads concentric, to spec, , and not 'fitted' to the suppressors I have.

Thanks,
V.

I know I might be the exception but I have used Otto Comp on several ocassions and have had all great work for a great price. On my Colt he threaded the barrel and changed the front sight. Also did work on my 870 and extensive work on my 45. All done with complete satisfaction.
