Who's registered as an S-Corp for NFA toys?   Does the NFA expedite your forms compared to personal?  Where is the information found on submitting for an S-Corp?

Thanks,

In the past, transfers for corps have taken less time to go through the BATFE......... Even Alma.

Why go through the HEADACHES of an S-corp, just do an LLC.

The PROBLEM with doing it that way is the CORP owns the guns, not you, so if you dissolve the company, you would have to PAY the $200 tax again for each item.

The advantage is you don't need LE sigh-off.

Actually doing that for a customer, if they ever get around to stopping by to do the paperwork.

1. Can you transfer the firearms to yourself once you disolve the LLC?

2. Do you have to pay the $200 tax to transfer it to yourself when/if you disolve?

3. With an LLC, do you have to file Taxes every quarter?

4. What are the costs involved?
