| I've done looking on internet and yellow pages. Is there anyone in the North GA, really Canton area that does gun safe installations? Mainly getting the safe from a delivery spot like my garage inside my house (up 5-6 steps on front porch). Most likely a 800-1000 lb Sturdy safe. I was preferring a professional just so they have the tools so it's quick and easy without any damage to anything. |

I had these guys move my sturdy about 6 months ago.
http://www.yelp.com/biz/the-safe-movers-lawrenceville The movers were really professional and were able to maneuver my safe into a tight spot. They have the the right equipment and put down plate aluminum to protect your floors/carpets. All said and done, it set me back around $300. |

Heh, no I've been a Georgian for a while. I had a sturdy delivered to the house a few months back. The driver is contracted to move the safe into your garage, but no further. It's a good idea to be home since the pallet got destroyed in the moving process and I ended up having to help push the safe into the garage. If you have any questions, please let me know.
Also, if you're feeling adventurous, the safe moving company did you 1/2" or 1/4" PVC pipe for the final maneuvers. |
