The Safe Keeper If you have a place for a safe, he'll put it there. Good guy, reasonable rates, very competent. Hope this helps.

I had an experience with the Safe Keepers that I can't say was plesant. I was relocated here to the valley and as part of my relo, Atlas Van lines moved my household goods including a 5,000lb safe of mine. Don was contracted on this end to pick up my safe from the local warehouse and deliver it to my house. First, I do realize that logistically it is a nightmare to move a safe this size, however it was more the customer service aspect that left me peeved. Trying to arrange an opportunity to get it actually moved was quite a task, with someone from his office telling Atlas that they had called or attempted to call my wife or myself to arrange delivery when no such call ever took place.
Further, when I asked him about that over the phone his response was essentially "Do you want the safe or not?" while never denying having outright lied as to having contacted me (delaying the deliivery a week from when I moved in the place). This is after not showing up on my move day to get it off the truck in the first place after having confirmed his crew would be here with the moving company. I must say though, after bouncing my safe off my garage floor, he did get it in place. |
