Hi guys, Just a quick question. I have an unconverted Saiga carbine in 7.62x39 with 10 round mags a gentleman in NY state wants to buy from me (shipping to FFL of course). Are there any restrictions on this rifle in the state? It's totally stock, no "evil" features. Thanks in advance-- |
