Does anyone know of an Insurance Compnay that offers Self-defense Insurance in the event you might poke holes in a dirtbag. I don't want to defend myself then be left holding the bill from some shitsack's families "wrongful death" suit. Or, if they somehow live through it, being sued by them. I have found the NRA program, but I was hoping to find a "local" insurance agent to deal with face to face.

If you want "local", why don't you list what city in Kansas you reside in.  KS is a big state and you could get a reference who practices in Overland Park, KS while you live in Dodge City, KS.
